Annual Exhibition - Saturday 10 June 2017

Dave Rayers won the Roy King Trophy for The Best Themed Panel.

82 people completed the visitor survey which asked which picture they thought was the best from each photographer.

SLF AV Competition - Saturday 18 February 2017

The SLF AV Competition will take place on Saturday 18 February 2017 at Ruskin Hall, Carshalton Methodist Church.

Everyone is welcome, please spread the word and invite all your friends and relatives.

November 2016

SLF Competitions

The first round of all our SLF competitions are completed. We did particularly well in the colour print competition, comfortably coming second. We therefore go forward to the semi-finals on the 8th February at Mitcham Camera Club.

In DPI we very narrowly missed 2nd place (by 0.5 mark) and therefore go forward to the Plate competition on the 24th January at West Wickham.

In monochrome prints we also narrowly missed 2nd place (0.5 mark) and so go forward to the Plate competition at Old Coulsdon on the 17th January.

Pleasingly, we obtained certificates in all three competitions which go forward to finals day next year. There was a 10 plus certificate for Steve Lenaerts LRPS for 'Geezer' in the colour competition, a 10 plus certificate for Balwant Thanki for 'Paparazzi' in the DPI competition, and a 10 plus certificate for Ann Rayers for 'Idaho Winter' in the monochrome competition.

September 2016

Set Subject Competition 2016

The annual set subject competition took place on 19th September 2016 and the set subject this season was:

This competition was open to all members. There were 17 entries and it was won by Doug Crockett ARPS AFIAP. The full results are here.
